• ? Is your hair 100% human hair?

  Yes, our hair is 100% unprocessed hair. One bundle is from one donor so the cuticle aligned in one direction, it is silky and glossy as human being's.

• ? Does the hair can be curled and restyled?

  Yes, our hair can be curled and restyled easily. Since it is cuticled aligned hair, it is also beginner friendly to get a long- lasting gorgeous look by curling. Our hair can meets all customer's need, across different styles.

• ? Does the hair can be dyed?

  Yes, the hair can be dyed to any color easily even can be lifted to blonde with the best performance. 100% virgin hair is easier to dye given its consistency and purity. This hair can easily satisfied the needs for every customers' dyeing needs.

• ? How long does your hair last?

  The hair can be last for more than 3 years with proper care.

• ? Does the hair can hold curl when it wet?

  Yes it can hold curl for long time after washing, just put some elastin, using it when the hair is 70-80% dry after washing, the effect and durability are best at this time.

• ? How many bundles hair needed for one full head?

  Normally 3 bundles are enough for a full head , you can always use the leftover hair later . If you are using hair over 22’ long, you may need one more bundle.

• ? Is your wig pre-plucked?

  Yes, All of our wigs comes with pre-plucked, it doesn't needs to be customized when receiving it.

• ? Does the lace is HD/transparent?

  All lace comes with HD/undetected lace, which is very thin and soft and it can melt down so well.

• ? Can I ask for A small/large cap for wig?

  Yes, we have S, M and L size for wig cap (Small size 21", Medium size 22.5", Large size 23" ). It also come with the combs and elastic band or adjustable straps inside to help fit the head.

• ? Can you dyed hair for me?

  Yes we have customized color service available now, and it takes about 7 business days to make.
